My Six Stars Journey
I started training for 5 kilometers, then progressed to 10, 15, a half marathon, and eventually 30 kilometers before completing my first marathon.
After a bet in 2011 at the age of 52, I began running with the goal of participating in the New York marathon. In 2012, the marathon did not take place, but I returned to New York in 2013 and successfully completed the marathon. That same year, I also ran marathons in Rotterdam and Prague. In 2014, I participated in the Berlin marathon. Originally, I planned to return to New York in 2016, but I ended up choosing Chicago instead. After Chicago, I decided to pursue running all six major marathons.
In 2018, I completed the fourth major marathon in Tokyo. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were delays, and I was unable to run the Boston marathon until 2022. Finally, in April 2023, I completed the last major marathon in London. Throughout all these races, I traveled with the company Run2Forty2, and I am now very pleased with my six majors bracelet from Thersipo.
